Third-party usage (WhatsApp, calls, AI) is extra, billed to your company and estimated before we start. The assessment sets the fixed price.
Common questions
Do my documents leave the company?
They are processed by providers contracted with safeguards (preferably with servers in the EU) and with training use switched off. We set it out in writing before we start.
What if the answer is not in the documents?
It says so. It is set up not to make things up and to always show the source.
Which documents does it accept?
The usual ones: PDFs, text documents, spreadsheets and pages from your website.
